I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

All packages ship via DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket. The processing time for orders is typically 1-2 days, and it may take up to 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 12-20 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended.



DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Yes. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Please note, Zee Gadgets reserves the right to refuse any returns.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, damaged or missing anything, please email us at support@zee-gadgets.com within 12 days after your order has been completed and we will issue a full refund or send replacements. Customer must include photos of the issue.



I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at support@zee-gadgets.com with your inquiry.



DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, but by setting up an account, you become a Zee Gadgets member and benefit of our offers and discounts. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?

No, once you place an order it is final.



I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To reset your password, go to https://zee-gadgets.com/account/login and click on “Forgot your password?” next to the sign in button. You will then be prompted to enter the email address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an email notification with a link to reset your password.
